Get on the list for an upcoming class

If you would like to become a participant of a future class, please fill out this form. Proof of military service will be required prior to being accepted. You can provide that on this form, or in person once contact is made. If you are providing a DD-214 or VA letter online, you can hide your SSN before sending it.

We do ask that anyone signing up be willing to commit to Fridays, from 0900-1200, for an 8 week period. All of our participants are welcome to stay with the program and help future Veterans as well.
